Cuisine Bonanza

Cuisine Bonanza is a four-day, 16-hour course for groups of four to six people. The course meets in the evening once a week for a month. It costs €400 per person, which includes food, wine, hands-on instruction and take-home recipes.

Theme Classes

Theme classes are held in two or four hour sessions of up to three people. A class costs €60 per hour per person, plus food costs. This price includes basic pantry items, hands-on instruction and take-home recipes.

Classes are held in three hour sessions. A class costs €60 per hour plus food costs. This price includes basic pantry items, hands-on instruction and take-home recipes. All time spent designing your course with Leslie is free of charge.
